Introducing GroupShare 5.0

We are very pleased to share the rollout plan for GroupShare 5.0.

This complete overhaul is being rolled out incrementally between now and December 2018. More details will be announced in the next Cheetah Tracks newsletter in mid-October.

GroupShare 5.0 Release Includes:

  • New & modern look-and-feel
  • Complete re-write of the four pillar components

Communications

(Released: October 2017)

Communications upgrade applies to emails sent directly from GroupShare or from within the mobile app. Email is one of the most used features in GroupShare and it is getting major upgrades this week.

5.0 Release features include:

  • “Reply All” to emails with up to 100 recipients
  • Adding images to emails
  • Saving email drafts
  • Saving email signature
  • More advanced email formatting
  • Optional “Email” menu item can be added to the main Member portal menu to allow members to mass email their groups or other League members. This feature is optional and can be configured on or off

  • Includes all major features in Registration Manager

Files & Documents

(Target Release Date: Summer 2019)

  • Completely rewritten, modern interface
  • Available on desktop and in Cheetah mobile app
  • Ability to preview files before downloading them
  • Integrated uploader for Google Docs/Dropbox/One Drive/Facebook and many other storage providers
