Refund and Cancellation Policy
You agree to be bound to Digital Cheetah’s Terms of Service by using, installing, accessing or copying any Digital Cheetah services or products. Please carefully review the stipulations presented in the Terms of Service, prior to accessing, using or installing Digital Cheetah Services or Software. You are encouraged to keep a copy for your records.
Digital Cheetah grants the you a non-exclusive, revocable right to utilize and access the purchased Digital Cheetah services during the time period stipulated in your term agreement. This right will be subject to your compliance with the conditions and terms of this agreement. Digital Cheetah reserves the right to discontinue or suspend, without notice, either all or part of the services, if Digital Cheetah has reason to believe that a client is in breach of this agreement or may inflict harm on Digital Cheetah or anyone else. Access and other rights to Digital Cheetah services will cease and be cancelled at that point.
Should these situations occur, or if a client elects to terminate the Digital Cheetah service, that client will be responsible for payment of the Digital Cheetah service through the end of the monthly billing cycle that is currently in place, at that time. Any and all prepaid fees are non-refundable. In addition, all sales are non-refundable.
Our policy is to ship orders on the next business day, unless unforeseen circumstances prohibit this. We ship media mail via the POSTAL SERVICE.
Digital Cheetah has a “no return” policy on any items, unless they are damaged upon arrival. Items that are received as damaged must be reported, within one week of receipt, for return and replacement instructions.
